Avondale Shopping Centre was constructed in the 1960’s and Stone/Beattie has been involved with the building owner, Old Mutual Properties, and its many tenants for the past 25 years.

Our services have included town planning applications in respect of alterations, additions and internal replanning of the existing  buildings (including Bon Marche, Founders Building Society, Intermarket Building Society) and the architectural design, working drawings and schedules; interior design services; co-ordination of civils, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services; and construction contract management for the recently completed structural repairs and maintenance and centre re-imaging.
